Where can you buy HOMZ storage bins?

What size HOMZ bin do you need for a closet shelf?

Measure the shelf depth and the height to the shelf above, then compare them with the outside size on the product page. A 15.5 qt Secure Latch bin is about 12.73 inches deep, a 64 qt bin about 16.12 inches deep and 13.5 inches tall on most packs.

Should you pick a HOMZ Secure Latch or a Snaplock bin?

The lid. A Secure Latch lid is held down by two latching handles, a Snaplock lid presses onto the rim. Latching suits bins you carry and stack, Snaplock suits bins you open often.

Can you stack HOMZ bins with the lids on?

Yes, the clear bins and the Durabilt totes stack lid on base. Put the heaviest bin at the bottom and the one you open most at the top.

How do you turn quarts into gallons on HOMZ labels?

Four, the US measure. Our cards print both: a 64 qt bin reads 64 qt · 16 gal, and a 27-gallon Durabilt tote holds 108 quarts.
